Magnetic float level gauge is one of the important instruments used for on-site liquid level measurement. With its advantages of simplicity, stability, reliability, and many other advantages, it has been widely used in liquid level measurement and process control in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, papermaking, and water treatment.

The ATL and ATM series produced by Hangzhou Yankong Technology Co., Ltd. are three major series of magnetic float level gauges carefully designed and manufactured by the company's technical personnel after years of practical experience, absorbing the advantages of excellent products from domestic and foreign manufacturers, and combining with market demand. They are used for accurate, reliable, and continuous liquid level indication and data remote transmission of process liquid levels. The core components of the display of the TATL magnetic float level gauge are completely sealed in vacuum glass tubes, The surface treatment process adopts imported new technology, with multiple colors available, clear indications, and long service life. The magnetic field is more stable. No regular maintenance is required, eliminating problems such as steam condensation and liquid leakage that often occur in glass level gauges.

There is a 360 with 14-17 high-performance magnets in the cavity of the magnetic float level gauge. A circular dual pole magnetic field is a float with a density smaller than the medium density, fully sealed, and hard compression resistance. The measured liquid level in the process tank will undergo the same change in the cavity of the liquid level gauge. When the liquid level changes, the position of the float will also move up or down accordingly.

The magnetic flip flop installed outside the cavity is coupled with the magnetic field of the float. The magnetic flip flop affected by the float magnetic field is mechanically flipped, timely reflecting the actual liquid level. The liquid level value is indicated by the corresponding scale on the display scale to indicate the actual liquid level height. Due to the fact that the magnetic float level gauge does not require an external power source and adopts a fully sealed non-contact mechanical transmission method, the measurement results are more stable and reliable. The full series of magnetic float level gauges produced by Hangzhou Yankong Technology Co., Ltd. can be optionally equipped with remote level transmitters and level alarm switches.

Characteristics of cavity

The cavity component is the core component of the entire liquid level gauge, which forms a closed communication system with the measured liquid container and directly contacts the measured medium. It is a direct guarantee of the stability and durability of the entire system. The ATL series magnetic float level gauges produced by Hangzhou Yankong Technology Co., Ltd. have a wide range of materials to choose from.

Including: 304L, 316L, 321SS, 317L, pure titanium, pure iron, Hastelloy series, Cu-702 and other metal materials. At the same time, non-metallic materials such as PP and PTFE are available for selection. The surface treatment includes: sandblasting/wire drawing treatment and acid pickling treatment.

Display Features

The display part of the ATL series magnetic float level gauge of Hangzhou Yankong Technology Co., Ltd. is made of stainless steel rolled from 304S S or 316 L. The core component of the entire display - the magnetic flip component - is sealed inside a transparent glass tube. Keep the magnetic flipper component in a vacuum state for longer service life. The surface of the magnetic flip film adopts the first domestic surface treatment technology, which makes the display color more bright and clear, and multiple colors are available. A stainless steel scale with a scale is installed on the edge, which can directly indicate the liquid level height, volume, or percentage. (Multiple units available).

Float characteristics

The float is a key component in the operation of a magnetic float level gauge. It drives the display 'switch' and transmitter to work by coupling the built-in magnetic field with the magnetic flip plate of the external indicator.

The float can be made of various corrosion-resistant alloy materials, and it is welded using TIG technology or laser welding technology. The interior of the float is uniformly arranged by 14 rare earth magnets to ensure a permanent 360 degree uniform magnetic field. The magnetic steel adopts a long service life design and can be stably used for 4-5 years at the indicated operating temperature.

application

♦low-temperature application

The ATL series liquid level gauge can be used under operating conditions at -196 ° C. The liquid level gauge adopts low-temperature insulation layer protection, and the outer metal shell (stainless steel, aluminum) is optional The thickness is optional based on temperature conditions. The maximum thickness can reach 150mm. The interior adopts thermal insulation layer and foam glass for excellent thermal insulation effect. The display is subjected to vacuum treatment, effectively avoiding condensation, frost, or icing issues. It can be widely used for process liquid level measurement and control of containers such as coolers, condensers, and freezers.

 

♦High temperature and high pressure applications

The ATL series liquid level gauge can be used under working conditions of pressure up to 35 MPa and temperature below 420 degrees Celsius. The liquid level gauge is designed with a high-pressure threaded connection cap with a maximum pressure rating of 3000 pounds and a selection of threaded connections up to 6000 pounds. There are various materials that can withstand high temperature and pressure, and the float and connecting pipe are suitable.

During the production process of the ATL series liquid level gauge, the welding specifications for high-pressure vessels are fully implemented, and high-pressure branch pipes are installed at the connection positions between the cavity and the side where the process pressure exceeds 16MPa to ensure the mechanical strength and compressive capacity of the product.

The T series liquid level gauge is widely used and can be used in many harsh working conditions such as strong corrosion, high pressure, and high temperature. The materials that can be used to produce the T series liquid level gauge include: 317L, Hastelloy B, C-276, pure titanium, pure iron, and various special materials such as -702.

♦Integrated application

The T series magnetic float level gauge can not only be used together with magnetostrictive level transmitters, reed tube transmitters, and guided wave radar level transmitters, but can also be used with external magnetic coupling switches and tuning fork switches, thus achieving two independent applications of a set of products.
