1. There is medium flowing in the pipeline but no signal output or no display of instantaneous flow
1. First check whether the circuit wiring and power supply voltage are correct;
2. Confirm that there is indeed flow in the pipeline, and it is greater than the lower limit of measurable flow;
3. Check whether the setting of the small flow cut-off value is too large;
4. If the circuit wiring and power supply voltage are correct, turn the sensitivity potentiometer and magnification potentiometer clockwise to the end. If the flow rate is still not displayed and the cumulative amount does not change, it means that there is a problem with the circuit board, and the amplifier board needs to be replaced; if there is a signal output, check whether the medium flow in the pipeline exceeds the measurable flow range of the vortex flow sensor; if the medium If the flow rate is within the measurable range, it means that the sensitivity of the sensing head of the sensor is low, and the sensitivity needs to be readjusted;
5. Check the sensor is good or bad. Remove the two leads of the sensing head from the amplifying board, and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the two leads of the sensing head and the resistance of the two leads of the sensing head to the shell respectively. Both should be greater than 2MΩ, otherwise the sensing head needs to be replaced ;
6. If there is no problem with the sensor, check whether the pressure transmitter and platinum thermal resistance are damaged. If there is no problem, it can be judged that the intelligent flow totalizer is damaged.
2. There is no medium flow in the pipeline but there is signal output or instantaneous flow is displayed
1. First confirm that there is no medium flow or disturbance in the pipeline, and check whether the vibration intensity of the pipeline is too large. If the vibration is too large, please follow the following methods to reduce the vibration: install a pipeline support point at 2D downstream of the flowmeter; Under the premise, the installation of hose is excessive;
2. Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer counterclockwise until there is no signal output or the instantaneous flow returns to zero. When adjusting the potentiometer, it should be as slow as possible. When adjusting the angle of 5 degrees, stop for more than 10 seconds to observe whether the output returns to zero.
3. The signal output is irregular, unstable or the instantaneous flow is unstable
1. First check whether the medium flow in the pipeline exceeds the measurable flow range of the sensor;
2. If the medium flow rate is within the measurable range, check whether the front and rear straight pipe sections meet the requirements, and confirm whether the medium in the pipeline is in a stable flow state, and there is no two-phase flow or pulsating flow in the pipeline;
3. Check whether the vibration intensity of the pipeline is too large, if it is too large, please solve it according to the method in fault 2;
4. Check whether there is a strong electrical interference signal around the instrument, if there is a strengthened shielding and grounding;
5. Check whether the sensor is stained, damp, damaged, or the lead wire is in poor contact. If so, please clean or replace the sensor and tighten the lead wire;
6. Check whether the installation of the sensor is concentric or whether the gasket protrudes into the pipe, and if so, adjust the inner diameter of the gasket;
7. Check the sensitivity of the sensor and adjust the sensitivity;
8. Check whether the process flow is stable and adjust the installation position;
9. Check whether there is any winding on the generator;
10. Check whether there is cavitation in the pipeline, and if there is, reduce the flow rate and increase the pressure in the pipeline.
Fourth, the measurement error is large
1. First check whether the power supply voltage of the flowmeter is too large;
2. Check that the analog conversion circuit of the instrument is zero.
